We want your ballet essentials to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We work with express courier services that deliver directly to your chosen address or to easybox parcel lockers.

Delivery times

• Standard: 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed.

• Orders placed by 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, depending on the payment method.

• Free delivery on orders of at least 500 lei, when paid by card or bank transfer.

Other information

• When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or text message with delivery details and your parcel tracking number.

• Please check the condition of your parcel on arrival. If you notice any damage or irregularities, ask the courier to record them in writing.
