These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the sales contract, including distance contracts, and govern the relationship between the supplier (seller) and the buyer (customer).
The contract is concluded when the customer submits an order and the supplier accepts it. Order confirmation is sent to the buyer in an informational email. An automatically generated confirmation message does not mean that the process is complete.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the complaints procedure. The buyer can review this information before placing an order.

The supplier reserves the right to cancel an order in whole or in part if products are unavailable, production has been discontinued or purchase prices have changed significantly. If the customer has already paid, the amount will be returned to their bank account.

All contracts are governed by the legislation in force. Where the contracting party is a consumer, the provisions of the Civil Code and consumer protection legislation apply. For legal entities, the contractual relationship is governed by the Commercial Code, as amended and supplemented.

Payment methods

  • Cash on delivery: payment directly to the courier, subject to an additional charge.

  • Bank card (Visa/Mastercard): no additional fee.

  • Bank transfer (pro forma invoice): after placing your order, you will receive the payment details by email. No additional fee.

Shipping and delivery

Products are delivered by express courier:

  • Standard delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Orders placed by 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day.

  • For orders of at least 500 lei, courier delivery is free when you pay by card or bank transfer.

The personal details needed for delivery (name, address, email and telephone number) will be shared with the courier company.

Products and prices

  • Product availability, sizes and colours are shown on each product page.

  • The seller may discontinue certain variants without prior notice.

  • In the event of an error (a product is listed but unavailable), the customer will receive a refund or an alternative product.

  • The prices displayed are final and valid at the time of ordering.

Complaints and returns

  • Complaints are handled within a maximum of 30 days from notification. If they are not resolved within this period, the customer is entitled to a replacement product or a refund.

  • Products may be exchanged for a different size or colour within 14 days, provided they are returned unused, in their original packaging and with labels intact.

  • The customer pays return delivery costs.

Withdrawal from the contract

  • The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

  • Exceptions apply, for example to personalised products or products sealed for hygiene reasons.

  • The customer pays return delivery costs.

Discounts and promotions

Promotions, discounts and bonuses cannot be combined. The customer always receives the most favourable available offer.

Cookies

The website uses cookies for functionality, such as signing in and saving preferences. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings, but some website functions may then become unavailable.

Personal data protection

Personal data is collected and processed only with the customer’s consent, solely to process orders, in accordance with applicable legislation. The supplier shares data only with the courier responsible for delivery. The customer may request access to, correction or deletion of their data.

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded through the online shop. The supplier reserves the right to amend or supplement the terms at any time.
